(Art is Long, Life is Short)

Dear Parents and Community Families:

Our students at the Fraser Performing Arts Career Academy (FPACA) are encouraged to prepare for post-secondary education.  The Fraser Performing Arts Career Academy, a school within a school, focuses studies in the performing arts area and uses best practices of the Small Learning Community, Career Academy and Music Education to produce a program which requires maintaining advanced proficiency levels in all content areas as well as their arts major.

Our staff enables and encourages all students to develop their artistic and academic skills through an interdisciplinary approach. Strong emphasis is placed on the use of technology based learning and cultural diversity within the curriculum framework.

Students, parents and teachers are encouraged to exchange ideas with respect to increasing the efficacy of educational excellence and performing arts awareness throughout the city of Fraser and the metropolitan area. Their learned and innate talents are expanded with a knowledge base that will allow them to compete in any post-secondary setting.  We invite you to become actively involved toward the growth and development of your child’s lifelong learning that continues within our school.
